I’ve over two decades of delivery experience and have worked with enterprises, big banks, energy giants, and companies past hypergrowth across Australia, USA and India to roll out their most ambitious programs.
Most recently, I led Canva’s Data Residency program — a global initiative that delivered a level of complexity previously considered unviable two consecutive cycles with minimal process overload.

This is a deeply personal mission for me.
As an Indian-Australian, a woman, a recovering people-pleaser, and a perpetually-on-the-edge-of-burnout go-getter, life handed me a series of feather-touch warnings that whispered softly:
“Maybe reconsider the need to fit in.”
But like many in my generation, I ignored them — until life hit me with a freight truck screaming:
“If you’re looking for softness in corporates, buddy maybe you don’t really fit in.”
And strangely — at the worst crisis of my life — I smiled. Because even if I didn’t know it yet, Vaslya was born that very moment.
Born out of love. And for the children.
Because no child deserves to watch a parent buckle under the weight of just moving through the regular part of a life — a regular day at work.
And no child should grow up believing that this kind of stress is the valid price of success — however we define it for our lives.
We need to do better. For those kids.
